Shipping & Returns
Your orders are packed with great love and care, so it may take a few business days from the day it is placed until it is shipped.
International, as well as local couriers, including but not limited to Fedex, GLS, Omniva, DPD, LP Express, are among our partners for safe and timely delivery. Both, door-to-door and post office delivery options are available as long as chosen courier company offers these options.
Most convenient and cost-effective option will be available upon check out. Shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address.
The Buyer in countries where import / customs duties apply is responsible for paying such fees.
Should delivery fail due to an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Buyer, or if the parcel is not picked up at the post office in time, the forwarding costs shall be covered by the Buyer.
Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date for a full refund to your original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Same applies for any damaged merchandise.
Any purchased merchandise can be exchanged for a different item if:
- it is undamaged and has all the original tags still attached;
- it is returned in the original packaging, original commercial appearance and complete set;
- it has not been worn or used in any way.
Should there be a need to return an item purchased during a sale during which additional merchandise was gifted or offered at a discount, all items must be returned in order to qualify for full refund.
Upon receipt and processing of your returned item, you will receive an email from Vanesa de Marko with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. It may take up to 10 business days to process the payment, plus any additional time financial institution may require. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded.
